Complete Buyer Intake Questionnaire

You provide me with some information about yourself, your situation, and the type of home you’re looking for so I can be prepared to speak with you.

Schedule In-Person Meeting

We schedule an in-person meeting for us to get to know each other, discuss your wants, needs, and goals, and get a game plan together for you.

STEP 3

Complete Loan Pre-Approval

You’ll connect with a lender and get a pre-approval for your home loan so that we can show sellers that you are qualified. You can use a lender of your choice, or I can help you with some recommendations.

STEP 4

Find a Home

I’ll set up a muli-list direct search for you that will include coming soon homes and alert you as soon as new homes hit the market. Then we’ll tour homes of your choosing as they come.

STEP 5

Buy Your New Home

Once you find the perfect home for you, we’ll make an offer. Assuming you get it, your loan officer and I will shepard you through the puchase process.
